- Search Queries: We collect the search parameters you enter, such as locations (ZIP codes, cities, etc.), business types, and search radius.

Information Collected Automatically:
- Log Data: Like most websites, our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Service. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location (if enabled), device information, search terms, and cookie information.
- Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the features you use, the jobs you submit, their status, and the results generated.

- Firebase Authentication: We use Google Firebase for user authentication. Firebase collects authentication-related data as described in Google's privacy policies.
- Stripe: As mentioned, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.

Moon Sherpa Labs, as the developer, may have access to data solely for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service under confidentiality obligations.
- With Third-Party APIs: Your search queries containing location information are sent to the Google Places API to retrieve business data.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.
- Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, user information may be transferred as a business asset.
- With Your Consent: We may share information with your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell your personal account information to third parties.

We use Firebase (Firestore and Realtime Database) and potentially Google Cloud Storage, hosted in the United States, to store user account information, job data, and generated results. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us.

We retain personal information associated with your account for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may retain Log Data and Usage Data for analytical purposes or for longer periods if required by law. Search results generated for you are retained according to our data retention policies associated with job history.
